Return and Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your product.  We understand that sometimes that may not be the case.  In most instances, we aim to please, our return and refund policy is noted below.

Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (30 days for a full refund) unless otherwise noted in the advertisement/listing.
• State of return (e.g. unworn, no damage with original tags).
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product).
• Process for return (Please email mayhemsmerc@gmail.com)
• Used items are all sales final, no refunds, no returns.
• Sale of Firearms require shipment to a FFL in your region.  All NYS and Federal requirements will be followed to ensure safe, fully legally authorized backgrounds and transfers are successfully completed accordingly.  No exceptions.  Mayhem's Mercantile, as a licensed FFL has the authority and right to refuse sale of a firearm for any reason at any time and will exercise that right accordingly without discrimination.
